| Abstract

| [Objective] To establish a HPLC method for determination of Furazolidone content in effective parts of Kunjing Vaginal Effervescent Tablets. [Methods] Using ODS C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) of Dalian Elite, the mobile phase was a mixture of Methol-Water (40:60). The flow was 1.0 mL/min, the wavelength was 354 nm. [Results] The average recovery of Furazolidone was 100.80%, and RSD was 0.58%. [Conclusion] The method was simple, accurate and can be used to control the quality of Kunjing vaginal effervescent tablets. |
