| Abstract

| [Objective] To establish the quality standard of Qingzaorunfei composition. [Methods] Radix et Rhizoma glycyrrhizae, Radix ophiopogonis and Folium eriobotryae in Qingzaorunfei composition were identified by TLC. The content of glycyrrhizic acid in Qingzaorunfei composition was determined by HPLC. [Results] Radix et Rhizoma glycyrrhizae, Radix ophiopogonis were detected by TLC. The linear correlation was good (r=0.999 9) when The content of glycyrrhizic acid was in 0.203 1～1.692 1μg. The mean recovery rate was 98.07% (RSD=1.76%). [Conclusion] The method is simple and reliable with good reproducibility, and can be used to control the quality of Qingzaorunfei composition. |
