Abstract
|
[Objective] To evaluate the effect and safety of Wenfei Dingchuan ointment (warming the lung and ameliorating asthma, WFDC) in treating childhood bronchial asthma with syndrome of cold fluid-retention suspend in lung.[Methods] According to a randomized, placebo-controlled 3:1 and double-blind loading test method, 96 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The patients of both groups were treated with aminophylline. On this basis, WFDC and placebo were given respectively. The symptoms, signs, PEFR, eosinophils, and so on were recorded before and after treatment.[Results] The clinical effect of treatment group was obviously higher than that of control group, and WFDC could obviously improve the syndrome and the individual symptoms of breathing, Wheezing, and Wuhanpaleng (aversion to cold). The rates of adverse reaction two groups were 1.39% and 9.09% respectively.[Conclusion] WFDC has a good adjuvant therapy effect in treating bronchial asthma with syndrome of cold fluid-retention suspend in lung, the incidence of adverse reactions was low, security was better, having a better clinical application value. |
