Abstract
|
[Objective] To observe the effect of Xuandan cataplasm on inhibiting and treating hyperplasia of mammary gland (HMG). [Methods] Seventy healthy female rats were selected and randomly divided into six groups. HMG was induced by intramuscular injection of benzoate estradiol in female ovariectomized rats with. Xuandan cataplasms and Rupixiao tablets were put on the breast. The outside appearance and histological structure of the breast and the content of dihydrotheelin in plasma were compared and observed. [Results] Xuandan cataplasm could inhibit mammary gland hyperplasia of rats and decrease the content of dihydrotheelin in plasma. [Conclusion] Xuandan cataplasm has definite treatment action on HMG induced by estradiol benzoate and can partially recover it to normal and lighten the hyperplasia degree. |
