| Abstract
|
| [Objective] To study the founding of Total Antioxidant Capacity (TAC) of aging model induced by D-galactose in rat and the effect of kidney tonifying activating chinese drug on TAC. [Methods] Using the wister rats as the experimental targets, to study the effect of kidney chinese drugs by measuring the level of plasma TAC.[Results] The kidney tonifying activating chinese drug may increase plasma TAC level on aging model induced by D-galactose in rats.[Conclusion] TAC was a better important targets of retarding aging, kidney tonifying activating chinese drug can retard aging. |
