| Abstract

| [Objective] HPLC method was established to determine the contents of Astragaloside Ⅳ in Qihuangjiangtang capsules. [Methods] The samples were separated on a SinoChrom ODS-BP column (200 mm ×4.6 mm,5 μm) with the mobile phase of acetonitrile-water (36:64). The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,and the detection wavelength was set at 203 nm. [Results] The linear ranges of Astragaloside Ⅳ was 20～400 mg/L (r=0.9997), the average recovery was 99.7%, RSD was 2.1%. [Conclusion] The method was accurate and sensitive with good reproducibility,so it can be an effective method to control the quality of Qihuangjiangtang capsules. |
