| This article discussed the research thoughts and methods of standardization of TCM syndrome based on complexity of the scientific system, combined syndrome-disease, symptoms standardization, expert advice, epidemiology, mathematical statistics and so on. Because no "golden standard" couold be found in the current syndrome study, research according to the requirements of the complexity of the scientific system would be the inevitable trend for standardization of syndrome diagnosis. Practicing the combination of qualify-quantity and macro-micro, strengthen the study of the concept of syndromes and the standardization of terminology were also necessary. Through the literature research, it was considered that DME, Delphi method was more comprehensive, could collect and analyzed the clinical information objectively, fully use the computer technology, artificial intelligence, information technology and other high -technology data excavation regulation for building the syndrome diagnosis model. |
