| Abstract

| [Objective] To systematically assess the effect of clinical controlled trial of Zhenwu decoction and its modified prescriptions in treating heart failure for perfecting the clinical designing of Zhenwu decoction.[Methods] The clinical controlled trial of Zhenwu decoc-tion and its modified prescriptions in treating heart failure was collected, and the qualified research was selected. The quality evaluation was carried out by using the Cochrane system estimation manual of 4.2.2 edition about RCT . [Results] The clinical controlled trials of Zhenwu decoction and its modified prescriptions in treating heart failure were 31, among them the articles from single center were 27, the one from many center were 4, the articles from provincial institutions and beyond them were 4, the articles from the institutions of cities were 22, the articles below the level of city were 5. According to the assessing standard of Cochrane, all belonged to C. [Conclusion] From the research available now, it is considered that the effect of Zhenwu decoction and its modified prescriptions in treating heart failure are more superior than that of the control group. But the quality of the literatures was universally low. More clinical controlled trials with high level were expected. |
