| Abstract

| [Objective] To study the molecular biology mechanism of Qufengjiejing (expelling wind to relieve convulsion) medicine in intervention on phlegmonosis gene of allergic asthma. [Methods] Allergic asthma was induced in mice and the intervention of traditional Chinese medicine was investigated. The arginase Icontent of lung and airway tissue was determined by immunity method and densitometry method. [Results] Asthma-reliving decoction could enhance the arginaseⅠcontent of lung and airway tissue and Fengxiao prescription could decrease arginaseⅠcontent of lung and airway tissue of allergic asthma mice. [Conclusion] Qufengjiejing prescription may treat allergic asthma and its molecule regulation mechanism may be related with decreasing arginase Ⅰcontent of lung and airway tissue in mice. |
