Clinical Observation on Anovulatory Gynecopathy in 50 Patients with of-Kidney Deficiency Syndrome |

Abstract
|
[Objective] To investigate the clinical effects of Yijingbuchong(replenishing vital essence and tonifying CHONG) Decoction on treating anovulatory delayed menstruation, scanty menstruation and no menstruation with deficiency of kidney and to study the effect mechanism and the essence of the same treatment for different disease. [Methods] The study was performed basing on the clinical effects of Yijingbuchong Decoction in treating patients with anovulatory infertility diagnosed as deficiency of kidney including delayed menstruation, scanty menstruation and menischesis. The changes of size of folliculars, endometrial thickness, base temperature, female hormone, TCM symptoms integral and so on before and after treatment. were observed [Results] The total cure rate of Yijingbuchong Decoction was 68% and the general effective rate was 86%. The pregnancy rate was 54.5%. [Conclusion] Nourishing-kidney method is an effective treatment for anovulatory infertility diagnosed as deficiency of kidney, including delayed menstrual cycle, scanty menstruation and menischesis. The deficiency of kidney was the main pathogenesis. |
