Abstract
|
[Objective] To explore the effective method of promoting the functional restoration of gastrointestinal tract after the abdominaloperation and compare the effect on postoperative function of gastrointestinal tract between Dachengqi granules and acupuncture-therapy.[Methods] One hundred and nineteen patients were randomly divided into two groups: Group A (Dachengqi granules treatment group, 62cases) and Group B (acupuncture-therapy group, 57 cases).The patients of Group B was given Dachengqi granules at the 1st day after theoperation.The patients of Group B was acupunctured at the Zusanli points at the same time.[Results] The recovery time of the bowelsound in Group A was statistically earlier than that of Group B (P<0.05).The time needed for gas passing owned the same result as that of bowel sound.The recovery time for passes of gas in Group A was less than that in Group B (P<0.05).Meanwhile, Group A was lessexpensive and hospitalized days (P<0.05).[Conclusion] The effect of Dachengqi granules treatment was superior to acupuncture-therapy.It can greatly reduce the patient’s cost and hospitalized days. |
