| [Objective] To discuss the antitumor effect of Lingqi-capsule on sarcoma S180-bearing mice.[Methods] In vivo experiment wasAdopted and ascites sample from sarcoma S180-bearing mice grew for 7 days in asepsis condition.The sample was diluted for 1:3 withasepsis brine (about included sarcoma cell 2×109/mL), inoculated into skin of right forelegs with 0.2ml per mice for establishing themodel of sarcoma S180-bearing mice.After giving Lingqi-capsule for 11 days the immunity organs index and the gene expression of p53 and bcl-2 in each group were compared with the model group.[Results] Lingqi-capsule could obviously inhibit tumor growing withoutlosing of body weight and influencing immune organs.The gene expression of p53 and bcl-2 in each group was less than that of the modelgroup.[Conclusion] Lingqi-capsule can obviously inhibit sarcoma S180 mice growing.The mechanism of action may be correlated withdecreasing of p53 and bcl-2 gene expression.The aim of this thesis was looking for a new medicine having effect both raising immunityand antitumor from Chinese herbal medicine.Lingqi-capsule was proved to be a promising medicine by this experiment. |
