Abstract
|
[Objective] To observe the effect of supplementing Qi and activating blood on the expression of lung tissue ICAM-1 andVCAM-1 in rats with pulmonary interstitial fibrosis induced by bleomycin and explore its effect mechanisms.[Methods] Eighty rats withpulmonary interstitial fibrosis induced by bleomycin were randomly divided into four groups. They were normal control group, modelgroup, prednisone group and Chinese medicine group. The condition of the pathologic changes and lung’s tissue inflammation integralwere observed.Immunohistochemical method was used for detecting the expressions of lung tissue ICAM-1 and VCAM-1 in each group. Then the results were analyzed statistically.[Results] Supplementing Qi and activating blood prescription could reduce pulmonary alveolitis of the rat with bleomycin-induced pulmonary interstitial fibrosis. It could inhibit the expression of the ICAM-1 and VCAM-1 in thelung tissue.[Conclusion] Supplementing Qi and activating blood prescription can inhibit the expression of the ICAM-1 and VCAM-1 inthe lung tissue. This might be one of the mechanisms of preventing and curing the pulmonary interstitial fibrosis. |
