Abstract
|
[Objective] To explore the anti-nflammatory effects of usnezoff monkshood leaf.[Methods] Kusnezoff monkshood leaf wasextracted with chloroform and n-butanol respectively after it was prepared into extract with alcohol.The anti-inflammatory effects of kusnezoff monkshood leaf extracted with chloroform and n-butanol were observed in two experiments.[Results] The mouse were drenchedwith extracts of kusnezoff monkshood leaf with 50, 100 and 150·kg-1·d-1 respectively, while another experiment showed that the swellingof auricle caused by dimethyl benzene was inhibited obviously (P<0.01) and showed that the formation of granulation tumor in mousecaused by cotton ball was inhibited (P<0.01, P<0.05).[Conclusion] The result showed extracts of usnezoff monkshood leaf extracted withchloroform and n-butanol had anti-inflammatory effects. |
