Abstract
|
[Objective] To explore the effect of a compound prescription of Chinese medicine Yanting Granules on TNF-α secretion of spleen cell induced by lipopolysaccharide(LPS) in mice and the immunoregulation of Yanting Granules in treating chronic pelvic inflam-matory disease (CPID). [Methods] TNF-α expression in spleen cells of mice was induced by LPS and spleen cells of mice were treated with medicine-contained serum of Yanting Granules. TNF-α synthesis was detected using ELISA and RT-PCR. [Results] Compared with the normal group, the secretion of TNF-α was significantly increased in LPS group. Medicine-contained serum of different concentrations could reduce the secretion of TNF-α. [Conclusion] The results suggest that the resistance function of Yanting Granules against the in-flammation and immunoregulation may be related to the inhibitory effect of the release of TNF-α secretion. |
