Abstract
    [Objective] To study the determination of chlorogenic acid and establishment of fingerprint spectrum of Cortex Dictamni produced in Hebei province by reversed phased high performance liquid chromatography. [Methods] A Kromasil C18 column was used;the mobile phase was composed of acetonitrile-water with gradient elution. The flow rate was 10 mL/min;The temperature of column was 35℃ and the wavelength of detection was 327 nm. [Results] The mutual mode of HPLC fingerprint was set up,and comparison of similarity was carried out. [Conclusion] Under the selected chromatographic conditions,Chlorogenic acid of Cortex Dictamni and other composi-tion was separated well,and the Quality of Cortex Dictamni can be controlled effectively by HPLC fingerprint.
