| Abstract
|
| [Objective] To establish the method for Simultaneous determination of Gallic acid and Loganin in Fructus Corni with switching UV wavelength. [Methods] The HPLC analysis was performed on hypersil C18 column by using gradient elution. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid solution;detection wavelength 0-6 min:270 nm,6.01-25 min:240 nm;the column temperature was maintained at 25 ℃;the flow rate was 1 mL/min. [Results] Gallic acid,Loganin showed good linearity in the correspondent concentration;the mean recovery was 103.6% with RSD=0.36%,103.8% with RSD=0.65%. [Conclusion] The method was accurate,repeatable and simple for analysis of Fructus Corni. |
