| [Objective] To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture on simple obesity. [Methods] Fifty-eight patients of simple obesity were treated by acupuncture using Zhongwan,Tianshu,Guanyuan,Huaroumen,Yinglingquan and Zusanli as the main acupunctured point with modification according to the syndrome. Jidian,Neifenmi,Sanjiao,Shenmen were acupunctured in ear acupuncture. [Results] Among 58 patients,10 patients were cured,27 patients were obviously effective,19 patients were effective and 2 patients were not effective. The total clinical effective rate was 96.55%. [Conclusion] The clinical effect in treating simple obesity by acupuncture is good. |
