| Abstract
|
| [Objective] To study the influence of Buyang Huanwu decoction on the agents of Pre-thrombus state in patients with chronic cerebral circulation insufficiency(CCCI). [Methods] Ninety patients with CCCI were randomly divided into 3 groups:control group,Buyang Huanwu decoction group and combined treatment group. The variation of the levels of NO,ET-1,FIB,PAI-1,t-PA was observed 3 months after treatment. [Results] In B and C groups,the NO and t-PA level were significantly higher than before,but ET-1,FIB and PAI 1 level were significantly lower. There were no statistical differences between B and C group(P>0.05). Compared with control group,there were statistical differences in both B and C groups(P<0.05). [Conclusion] Buyang Huanwu decoction can improve Pre-thrombus state in patients with CCCI. It can be considered as a therapeutic method for primary prevention of cerebral thrombosis. |
