Abstract
    [Objective] To observe the therapeutic effect of oral medication of TCM and face mask in treating acne vulgaris. [Methods] One hundred and two cases with acne vulgaris were randomly divided into treatment group(n=62) and control group(n=40). The patients in treatment group were treated with Qingrejiedu granule,face mask and topical use Clindamycin gel in the meantime,while the Patients in control with Viaminati capsules and topical use Clindamycin gel. [Results] The therapeutic effect in the treatment group was better than that of control group with less adverse reactions than that of control group. [Conclusion] Treating Biao and Ben concurrently with medication of TCM has a good therapeutic effect for acne vulgaris.
