| [Objective] To study the effect of Xuefuzhuyu Capsules on C reactive protein(CRP) and B natriuretic peptide(BNP) in patients with unstable angina. [Methods] The patients were randomly divided into two groups:treatment group and control group. All patients received the basis therapy with isosorbide mononitrate(ISMO),while the patients of treatment group was administered Xuefuzhuyu also and in the patients of control Simvastatin was given for two weeks. CRP and BNP level in patients were observed after treatment of two groups. [Results] Both the levels of CRP and BNP were decreased obviously in patients of the treatment and control groups after two weeks. Simvastatin therapy could reduce the CRP concentration more obviously compared to Xuefuzhuyu Capsules,but no statistical significance was found between them. The content of BNP was lower in intervention group than that in control group,and there were obvious differences between the two groups. [Conclusion] Xuefuzhuyu Capsules could improve inflammatory reaction and cardiac insufficiency in unstable angina patients. |
