| Abstract

| [Objective] To observe the influence of Yangxuebunao acupuncture prescription in treating blood supply insufficiency of vertebro-basilar artery in patients with insufficiency of vital energy and blood. [Methods] The selected 60 patients with blood supply insufficiency of vertebro-basilar artery were randomly divided into two groups:acupuncture group and drug treatment group. The patients of two groups were 30 patients. The patients of acupuncture group were given Yangxuebunao acupuncture prescription while drug treatment group Nimodipine. The course of treatment of each group were three months. [Results] The total effective rate of acupuncture group was obviously higher than that of drug treatment group(P<0.05). The acupuncture treating blood supply of vertebro-basilar artery had obvious effects for improving cerebral blood flow,decreasing blood viscosity. There was statistical significance between patients of two groups before and after treatment.(P<0.05) and there was significant difference between patients of two groups after treatment(P<0.05). [Conclusion] Yangxuebunao acupuncture prescription treating blood supply insufficiency of vertebro-basilar artery has a better clinical curative effect. |
