| Abstract

| [Objective] To observe the effect of Bushen Huoxue prescription on blastocyst nidation in pregnancy mice. [Methods] SD pregnancy mice were randomly divided into control group,model group,low-dose treat group(L-D),middle-dose treat group(M-D) and high-dose treat group(H-D). On the fifth day of pregnancy(Pd5),development of endometrial pinopodes was determined by scanning electron microscopy. On Pd10,the numbers of implanted blastocyst was counted. [Results] Developing pinopodes of endometrial surface were bad in model group as endometrial of early proliferative phase. Developed pinopodes,however,were observed in M-D and H-D treat group compared with control group. The number of implanted blastocysts in model group was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.01),and M-D and H-D treat group were higher than model group(P<0.01). [Conclusion] It is suggested that Bushen Huoxue prescription can improve the pinopodes developing in endometrial surface helped to eventually the establishment of reception of the endometria and improve the blastocyst implantation rate. |
