Abstract
|
[Objective] To determine and compare the content of Pb,Cd,As,Hg,Cu in Salvia Miltiorrhiza bge from different producer and provide some basis for screening high quality of Salvia Miltiorrhiza raw material and give certain reference value for the establishment of traditional Chinese medicine quality specification. [Methods] The samples were digested and detected by atomic absorption spectrophotometric method. [Results] The exceeding rate was:Pb 6.25%,Cd 100%,As 0,Hg 0,Cu 31.25%. [Conclusion] The contents of As and Hg in Salvia Miltiorrhiza bge of different producer fall in the standard range, the contents of other elemente exceed the limit, especially the contents of Cd exceeds the allowed figure seriously. |
