Abstract
|
[Objective] To study the correlation between differentiated classification of chronic aplastic anaemia and Fas/FasL protein expression, to analyze the material basis of differentiation of cases with chronic aplastic anemia by TCM. [Methods] Ninety patients of chronic aplastic anemia, including 30 cases of asdthenic splenonephro-yang, 30 cases of kidney asthenia of both yin and yang, 30 cases of hepatic and renal yin deficiency, were selected in this study. The Fas/FasL protein expression in the bone marrow of CAA was detected by western blot. [Results] Fas/FasL protein expression in bone marrow of chronic aplastic anemia patients was higher than control (P<0.05, P<0.01). Among these three syndromes, Fas/FasL expression of hepatic and renal yin deficiency was the highest, patients with deficiency of both yin and yang was higher, asdthenic splenonephro-yang was high, all had significant difference (P<0.05,P<0.01). [Conclusion] The differentiation of cases by traditional Chinese medicine and Fas/FasL protein expression of chronic aplastic anaemia was correlative, Fas/FasL protein can be represented as the substantial basis of the syndrome differentiation of CAA. |
