Abstract
|
[Objective] To investigate the inhibiting effects of traditional Chinese medicine Gehua XingJiu Decoction on alcohol hepatic fibrosis in mice. [Methods] Sixty mice were randomly divided into three groups: model group, Gehua XingJiu Decoction prescription group, normal group. Alcohol hepatic fibrosis was induced in mice by stomach infusing with alcohol (60° white wine, 0.3ml/20g/d). After 12 weeks intervention, the variety of hepatic fiborsis index(GFAP, Desmin, PⅢP, LN) and liver tissue pathology were observed. [Results] After 12 weeks, compared with the normal mice, the model mice’ GFAP and Desmin increased(P<0.01), PⅢP, serum laminin in mice increased (P<0.05), and fibrosis were observed in pathology. Compared with the model’s mice, GFAP and Desmin in Gehua XingJiu decoction prescription group decreased (P<0.01), serum PⅢP, laminin decreased (P<0.05), and fibrosis was not obvious in pathology examination. [Conclusion] Gehua XingJiu Decoction has an active effect on inhibiting of the alcohol hepatic fibrosis in mice. |
