| Abstract

| [Objective] To observe the effect and explore the mechanism of Dihuang Yinzi Decoction (DYD) pretreatment on the expression of NGF in rats with focal cerebral ischemia. [Methods] One hundred and twenty Wistar rats were divided into 6 groups randomly. Focal cerebral ischemia was induced with the middle cerebral artery occlusion methods in rats. The nerve cells’structure and the expression of NGF of brain cerebral Hippocampus in rats with MCAO were observed. [Results] In rats with MCAO DYD pretreatment could increase the expression of NGF and protect the structure of the nerve cell in cerebral Hippocampus. [Conclusion] DYD pretreatment can improve the expression of NGF in rats with MCAO through protecting the nerve cell from the injury of ischemia. |
