| Abstract

| [Objective] To study the purification technology of Folium Crataegi extract by macroporous resin. [Method] Taking hyperin as the index constituent, sampling amount and elution solvent were decided, the times for repeated use and recovery capacity after regeneration were studied. [Results] D101 was chosen to purify, the suitable sampling ratio of resin volume to raw material is 1:0.5. The elution solvent is 4-fold 70% ethanol. [Conclusion] The technology set up was economy, simple and practical, which can be used to purify Folium Crataegi extract. |
