| Abstract
|
| [Objective] To explore the distribution of the TCM syndrome and the syndrome element of bronchitic asthma. [Methods] The epidemiologic method was used to analyse the TCM syndrome and syndrome element in patients with bronchitic asthma admitted into hospital at recent 2 years. The data was analysed with SPSS13.0. [Results] 1)The syndrome in attack period was mainly heat asthma and wind asthma, the disease was mainly located at lung, spleen, liver and the pathogenesis was characterised as Qi stasis and stagnation of phlegm.2) There was a certain relationship between the constitution characteristics in paracmasis and the syndrome appearance in attack period. [Conclusion] 1)The syndrome in attack period and the distribution of syndrome element have some rules, the syndrome in attack period is influenced by the constitution in paracmasis. 2) The syndrome Element has great influence on the clinical differentiation and is a important supplement to the traditional differentiation. 3) the investigation on the evolution of the syndrome in paracmasis and attack period is useful for the increasing of therapeutic effect. |
