| Abstract

| [Objective] To observe the curative effect of Liuchong Capsule in treating arteriosclerosis obliterans (ASO) and through measuring the lower limbs artery ankle-brachial index,hemorrheology and blood flow speed to study the curative effect and mechanism of function of this therapy method. [Methods] Sixty ASO patients were randomly divided into two groups. The total clinical experimental treatment and observation was finished at the end of 30 days. [Results] The total effective rate of treatment group was 86.7% and control group was 72.3%. There was an obvious difference between the two groups(P<0.05). [Conclusion] The method of treating ASO with liu-chong capsule is a good method. The mechanism of function was initially regarded as reducing viscosity of plasma,promoting formation of the small blood vessel net and increasing distal artery blood flow and improving the blood insufficiency syndrome. |
