| Abstract

| Through literature research and clinical practice the basic syndrome element of gastric carcinoma was understood. Combining the clinical experiences in the past and now and using the concept of syndrome element in TCM the pathogenesis characteristic of TCM in gastric cancer was analyzed and the basic syndrome element and the evolution rule of gastric cancer was summarize up. It was suggested that ,the gastric endogenous cold-evil and deficiency of spleen-QI were the elements of deficiency in origin syndrome of gastric carcinoma. Food,phlegm,blood stagnation,poison,Qi stagnant,endogenous wetness-evil and endogenous fire were Biao-sthenia syndrome element of gastric carcinoma and deficiency of stomach Yin,deficiency of both Qi and blood,deficiency of spleen Yang and renal Yang were the syndrome elements of pathologic outcome in gastric carcinoma. |
