| Abstract
|
| [Objective] To study the effect of reinforcing Qi and nourishing Yin prescription (RQNYP) on angiogenesis for inhibiting the metastasis. [Methods] Chicken CAM into that the tumor cells can be transplanted was adopted. The drug-contained serum was prepared using serum pharmacological method. Chicken embryos were hatched and then angiogenesis in tumor cells transplanted in CAM was observed after application of nutritionaldoses serum and saline serum. The situation of lung metastasis and hemorheology was observed in groups after intravenous injection in KM mice. [Results] The drugs-containing serum in rats could inhibit blood vessel formation in chicken chorioallantoi membrane transplanted with tumor cells. It was statistical significant when compared with that of saline. Compared with the control animals, the metastasis nodules of lung were decreased in RQNYP group animals. RQNYP group could also change the results of the hemorheologic determination. [Conclusion] RQNYP has an inhibitory effects on angiogenesis induced by tumor cells on CAM. It has an inhibitory effect on the metastasis of U14 tumor as well. |
