| Abstract

| [Objective] To research the effect of Danchi capsule on the level of Interleukin-8(IL-8) and Tumor necrosis factor-a(TNF-a) in peritoneal fluid in rats with endometriosis. [Methods] The test was divided into five groups:Danchi large,medium,small dosage group,blank group and dannazol group in control ,The parameters were detected by ELISA method. The levels of Interleukin-8 and TNF-a in peritoneal fluid of rats with endometriosis were observed. [Results] The group of Danchi large and medium dosage decreased significantly the level of IL-8,the group of Danchi large dosage decreased significantly the level of TNF-a. [Conclusion] Danchi capsule may descend and inhibit the production and activity of these cytokines involved in three steps:adhesion implantation-angiogenesis-infiltration,then inhibit adhesion,implantation and further growth of endometrial cells. |
