Abstract
    The heat toxicity was the main pathogenic factor in psoriasis, including Yang hot, blood hot, toxicity induced by intenseness of heat and toxicity from blood heat and hot stasis. The heat toxicity can be expressed as pathogenic wind-heat or blood heat and intense toxicity. In the treatment the doctors should pay attention to the application of the drug of eliminating heat and removing toxicity. The different herbs with modification could be obtained according to the differentiation of symptoms and signs of the clinical appearance.
