| Abstract
|
| [Objective] To investigate the anti-inflammatory effects of aqueous extract of bulbus fritillariae ussuriensis. [Methods] Various inflammatory models, including the auricular edema induced by xylene in mice, the paw edema induced by albumen in rats and the permeability increase of blood capillary induced by acetic acid in mice were used to explore the anti-inflammation of aqueous extract of bulbus fritillariae ussuriensis. [Results] queous extract of bulbus fritillariae ussuriensis had good preventive action against the auricular edema induced by xylene, the paw edema induced by albumen and the permeability increase of blood capillary induced by acetic acid. [Conclusion] Aqueous extract of bulbus fritillariae ussuriensis has an anti-inflammatory effect. |
