Abstract
|
[Objective] To observe the effect of Ruangan Qingwei (softening liver and cleaning stomach) decoction and omeprazole on hepatogenic ulcer with hyperactivity of stomach-heat syndrome.[Methods] Sixty patients with hepatogenic ulcer and hyperactivity of stomach-heat syndrome were randomly divided into two groups.The patients in the treatment group were given Ruangan Qingwei decoction combined with omeprazole,and those in the control group received oral omeprazole only.Comparison was performed in the clinical symptoms and the endoscopic results for all the patients.[Results] Significant difference was found between the two groups (P<0.05).[Conclusion] The combination of Ruangan Qingwei decoction with omeprazole is effective in treating hepatogenic ulcer,and the therapeutic effect is superior to the therapy with omeprazole only. |
