| Abstract
|
| [Objective] To discuss the correlation between TCM syndromes and the changes in cardiac structure and function in patients with primary hypertension.[Methods] Cardiac structure and function of 200 patients with primary hypertension were examined by echocardiography.[Results] Both the cardiac structure and the function changed in the two syndrome group of hypertension. It changed more in the deficiency syndrome group compared with the positive syndrome group.[Conclusion] Patients with different TCM syndromes showed different changes of the left ventricle reconstruction and dysfunction.Changes of the cardiac structure and function can be used as indicators for TCM syndromes of primary hypertension. |
