The treatment of Jingkejing in sixty children with pertussis

Abstract
    [Objective] To observe the effect of Jingkejing in treating children with pertussis syndrome.[Methods] All the patients were randomly divided into the treatment group with 60 patients and the control group with 30 subjects.The patients in the treatment group were treated with Jingkejing and those in the control group were given with roxithromycin.[Results] Those children in the treatment group were improved significantly in clinical symptoms including wheezy phlegm.The frequency and duration of spasmodic cough were reduced.[Conclusion] Jingkejing is effective in children with pertussis syndrome.
