Abstract
|
There are some mutural communications between the pathogenesis of chronic atrophic gastritis (CAG) and the theory of "Yin Fire" in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM).Spleen deficiency and primordial Qi deficiency could be the reason of "Yin Fire".The key reasons for CAG could be the deficiency of spleen and stomach, deficiency of Qi,creation of Yin fire, deficiency and weakness of vital Qi in spleen and stomach, abnormality of ascending and descending function, sinking of QI of spleen, going up of Yin fire, damage of stomach collateral.Based on these reasons, the therapeutic principle should be tonifying primordial Qi,invigorating Splenic Yang and purging pathogenic fire. This theory may provide a new way to treat CAG with TCM. |
