| Abstract

| [Objective] To optimize the technique of semi-bionic extraction (SBE) for Sophora Flavescens.[Methods] Based on the UL (91×33)even-design,matrine,oxymatrine,total alkaloids,total area of HPLC and dry extract were used as indexes to optimize the technology of SBE for Sophora Flavescens.[Results] The pH value of 3 times of extraction is 2.2008,7.4685 and 8.9890,respectively.The total extracting time is 3.9180 hours.[Conclusion] Based on the manufacture practice,the pH value of extraction of 3 times is 2.0,7.5 and 9.0,respectively and the extracting time is 2 hours,1 hour and 1 hour in turn. |
