Abstract
[Objective]To discuss the protective action on impending death cardiac muscles by the therapy of traditional Chinese medicine XinFuKang (XFK) combined with transplanted Bone mesenchymal stem cells (BMSCs) after rats acute myocardial infarction. [Methods] BMSCs were cultured and purified by gradient centrifugation -adhesive method. The rats with acute myocardial infarction were builted by coronary artery ligation. Before transplation,BMSCs were signed by Brdu, and after the OPS. of coronary artery ligation, the therapy methode was XFK combining BMSCs transplantation. After 2 weeks,we measured cell amount of Brdu, neonatal vessels of CD34 and the cardiac muscle of PCNA around the infarct area by method of IHC. [Results] The method of XFK combining BMSCs transplantation can increase livability of transplanted BMSCs,enhance the amount of neonatal vessel and PCNA cardiac muscle around infarct area (compared with group of BMSCs tranplation,P<0.05). [Conclusion] The therapy of XFK combined with BMSCs transplantation have better protection on the impending death cardiac muscles around the infarct area, the mechanism maybe the therapy can promote the vessels regeneration.
