Abstract
    [Objective] The experiment on the skin irritation and allergy of the Anti-anaphylaxis Herbal Lipstick (AHL) was performed for safety assessment. [Methods] Response table was used to assess the skin irritation and allergy of AHL. [Results] The average reaction values of AHL in normal or injured skin were both lower than 0.50. No irritation reaction occurred in complete skins and damaged skins after applying AHL for one time or many times. The allergic reactions were observed after applied 2,4-dinitrochlorobenzene,while not observed after applying AHL. [Conclusion] AHL showed no irritation or allergy effect to skin. The results indicated that the lipstick was ef-fective and safe.
