| Abstract
|
| [Objective] To establish the method for simultaneous determination of three phenolic acids in Fufang Caoshanhu buccal tablets by high performance liquid chromatograph. [Methods] The HPLC analysis was performed on SunFire ODS column by using gradient elution.The mobile phase was consisted of acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid solution;the detection wavelength was 294 nm;the column temperature was maintained at 38℃;the flow rate was 0.8 ml/min. [Results] Procatechuic acid,Rosmarinic acid,3-Hydroxy-4-methoxy benzoic acid showed good linearity in the correspondent concentration 2.508～50.16 ng,41.04～820.8 ng,18.40～368.0 ng respectively. [Conclusion] The method was accurate,repeatable and simple for analysis of Fufang Caoshanhu buccal tablets. |
