| [Objective] To study the effect of Huoxue Huayu plaster on NO and MMP-13 level in osseous arthritis of knee in the early and middle stage and the clinical therapeutic action taking voltaren emulsion as control.[Methods] Sixty cases with early and middle stage of osseous arthritis of knee were randomly divided into two groups:treatment and control groups.they were treated by huoxuehuayu Plaster and Voltaren respectively.One or two weeks later the HSS score,pain score,content of NO and MMP-13 were observed [Results] There was a significant difference in the HSS Scale total score,pain points and NO content between treating for 1 and 2 weeks and the condition before treatment(P<0.05).[Conclusion] The Huoxue Huayu Plaster can improve knee function and enhance stability. |
