| Abstract

| [Objection] To observe the effects of Yinxingdamo injection on the treatment of acute cerebral infarction(ACI).[Methods] The 120 cases with ACI were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treated group(60 cases) was given Yinxingdamo injection,once a day for 21 days.The control group(60 cases) was given Danshen Injection,also once a day for 21 days.The relative indexes between the two groups on blood hemorheology and Neurological Deficit Scores(NDS) were observed and compared before and after treatment.[Results] The total effective rate in treatment group(93.4%) was significantly higher than that of control group(66.7%)(P< 0.05).Compared before and after treatment,the difference of neurological deficit scores and Hemorheology between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).There were no adverse reactions.[Conclusion] Yinxingdamo injection had a better clinical effect in treating acute cerebral infarction. |
