| Abstract
|
| [Objection] To observe therapeutic effect of cervical headache treated by Close Needling.[Methods] Eighty cases were randomly divided into observation group(n=40) and control group(n=40).The observation group were treated with Close Needling,while the control group were treated with normal needling.To observe the change of visual analogue scale(VAS) and range of motion(ROM) of cervical spine between two groups before and after treatment.[Results] There were significant statistics between the two groups compared with those of before treatment(P<0.05).There were statistic difference between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05),the observation group improved better than the control group.The observation group had 25 cured,11 excellence,4 improvement and zero inefficacy cases;while the control group had 18 cured,11 excellence,9 improvement and 2 inefficacy cases.There were significant statistics between two groups of cured and excellence cases(P<0.05).[Conclusion] The therapeutic effect of Close Needling had a better effect on cervical headache. |
