| To collect ancient medical record(101 cases) and present medical record(3 175 cases) of Fried Glycyrrhizae decoction and carry out frequency and cluster analysis.The result indicated that mainly symptoms in ancient and present period was cardiopalmus and pulse clavus.In ancient period,the medical experts emphasized on the yin asthenia generating intrinsic heat and pyreticosis diseases caused by exogenous pathogenic factor.The mainly symptoms were cardiopalmus,fever,thirsty and pharyngoxerosis,muscular spasms,cona,restlessness,cough,red tongue few fluid and pulse clavus,etc.But in present period,the medical experts emphasized on deficiency of both vital energy and yin and differentiation of symptoms and signs on cardiopalmus and thoracic obstruction.The mainly symptoms were cardiopalmus,chest distress,precordium complaint,dizzy,short breath,mind tired and acratia,insomnia and dreamful sleep,restlessness,tongue carmoisine and pulse clavus,etc. |
