Abstract
|
[Objective] To observe the effect of Wenjing decoction and Qingying decoction on the rheologic changes in rats with blood stasis and study its intervention function against blood stagnation.[Methods] Eighty SD rats were randomly divided into five groups. They were treated with corresponding treatment after the disease was established successfully. The rats of blank control group weren’t given any treatment. The whole blood viscosity,RBC aggregation index, hematocrit were then observed.[Results] The whole blood viscosity, the RBC aggregation index and hematocrit of the rats were raised evidently in each group. The difference in change of the whole blood viscosity, the RBC aggregation index and hematocrit between the blank control group, the herbal medicine group and the blood stasis group were obvious and had statistical significance(P<0.01 or P<0.05).[Conclusion] The above results indicate that Wenjing and Qingying decoction can decrease the blood viscosity in rats with blood stasis. The mechanism of blood stasis syndrome was relative to the change of rheology of blood. The experiment has provided the theory and experimental basis for diagnosis and treatment of corresponding diseases. |
