| Abstract
|
| [Objective] To explore the effect mechanism of Golden-yellow Ointment in treating diabetic ulcers with animal experiments. [Methods] The SD rats with diabetic skin ulcers were randomly divided into Golden-yellow Ointment(Group A),ordinary insulin(Group B),Vaseline group(Group C).Granulation tissue fibroblasts,VEGF,CD34,the number of new capillaries were observed. [Results] The fiber cells, the number of new blood capillaries and VEGF,CD34 and other indicators in Group A compared with Group B,C were significantly different. [Conclusion] The Golden-yellow Ointment may obviously enhance diabetic ulcer healing, the effect mechanism was possibly by promoting fibroblast proliferation and new blood capillaries, speeding up the formation of granulation tissue. |
