| Abstract

| [Objective] To explore the correlation between the fatigue and life quality in cases with sub-health with fatigue and the TCM syndrome pattern of liver-qi stagnation and spleen-qi deficiency.[Methods] 200 cases with sub-health with of fatigue and the TCM syn-drome pattern of liver-Qi stagnation and spleen-Qi deficiency were chosen from three hospitals located in Beijing,Henan and Liaoning,and their fatigue and life quality state were measured with Fatigue Scale-14(FS-14),Fatigue Self-assessment Scale(FSAS) and The Short Form-36 Health Survey Questionnaire(SF-36) separately.The correlation between the fatigue and life quality were analyzed through the Pearson correlation analysis.[Results] The factors of FSAS were negatively correlated with the Physical Functioning,Role-Physical,Vi-tality,Social Functioning,Role-Emotional and Mental Health in SF-36 significantly(P<0.01 or P<0.05).Three factors in FS-14 were neg-atively correlated with the Role-Physical,Vitality,Social Functioning,and Mental Health in SF-36 separately and significantly(P<0.01 or P<0.05).[Conclusion] The fatigue state in cases with sub-health with fatigue and the TCM syndrome pattern of liver-Qi stagnation and spleen-Qi deficiency may cause significant drop of their life quality. |
